Parents spend three times more time on phone than what they spend with children: Study

“On average, parents spend 7.7 hours on their smartphones com pared with the 2 hours with their children.”

The study was executed by talking to over 1,500 respondents across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Pune. While the study was not executed in the U.S., it’s interesting to read the reactions of both parents and children on the use of parents’ use of mobile phones.
